Certified Integral Coach CIS “The foundation for your coaching career”

At Living Sense Executive, we are thrilled to partner with the Coaching Institute Living Sense to bring integral coaching education and philosophy to Switzerland in English. As pioneers, the Coaching Institute Living Sense introduced integral coaching to Switzerland in 1996, becoming the first training institution in Europe to offer various specialisations in coaching disciplines and methods. We live in times of significant and rapid change. In today’s ambiguous information society, calm and stable times appear to be over, whereas challenges and changes are constant companions in our everyday business lives.

Cert. Holistic and Mindful Leader

Extraordinary times require extraordinary growth.

In today’s constantly changing world, both employees and team leaders alike must demonstrate extraordinary personal growth and develop a mindset that is capable of handling resistance. Companies must see themselves as learning environments that foster a passionate, pioneering culture.

Challenges and new ways of thinking

Increasing budget cuts, job insecurity, the convergence of different generations, and various global conflicts indicate the need for new thinking. These challenges require not only personal and entrepreneurial flexibility but also the ability to recognise societal megatrends and integrate them into everyday life.

Become competent in integral coaching – your advantage as a coach and mentor

Integral coaching empowers people to solve their problems, deal with change, unlock their potential, and expand their awareness through empathetic and non-judgmental reinforcement. Values and personal needs are explored during coaching sessions using the client’s individual resources to develop desired goals and solutions. In the process, all levels of the human condition (i.e. body, mind, emotions, soul, relationships, and systems) are considered and integrated as resources. As a Certified Integral Coach, you can draw on a creative repertoire of methods to design professional process mentoring.

Portrait of the Course Manager

Bigna Pallioppi

Course Manager – Certified Integral Coach CIS

I am Bigna, a coach for resilience and business, who is always seeking new horizons and is inspired by motivating and guiding people. Above all (by the way), I am an ordinary, introverted person. My curiosity and openness drive me, and I often step out of my comfort zone to learn and grow. My career journey has been diverse and has led me through various industries, from private to publicly listed companies, and into entirely different cultures. In these varied roles, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and personalities from whom I have learned a lot. This has been especially true in the roles where I have led several large change and transformation programmes. Alongside my role in the financial sector, I am also a passionate coach and lecturer who specialises in resilience and stress management. With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in the banking sector, I have learned that continuous development and thinking outside the box are essential for following one’s visions. This is why people are my passion. In today’s fast-paced world, we are bombarded with many unexpected elements that challenge us to continually evolve. Linear careers are becoming outdated, and new thinking is needed. I enjoy supporting people in dealing with such challenges by guiding them in their professional life to look beyond their own horizons and discover what else there is to explore. I accompany these processes with great commitment and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that changes can bring. Given my international experience, it is particularly important to me that I can offer coaching training in Switzerland in English, so that I can reach and support a broader audience. In my free time, I enjoy listening to electronic music, jazz, blues, and 80s hits. I also love traveling with my van and surfing along the Atlantic coast. The water, wind, sun, and waves teach me patience and humility, which are valuable qualities in coaching.
