Flipped Classroom – Method

When you register, a login is activated for an online training course on the subject of communication. This training contains the entire content. In addition, a workbook with various guidelines is available for download. The flipped classroom method is a pedagogical concept in which traditional teaching and learning processes are reversed. Instead of presenting the content in class and doing the homework at home, the learning material is worked through at home using videos and texts, while the actual consolidation and application of the knowledge takes place in the course.

Structure of the continuing education

The seven modules are divided into nine interlinking subject areas and are each taught over one to two days in an interactive setting with corresponding teaching materials and learning videos.

Each module is a self-contained power pack of knowledge and experience and introduces you to the relevant communication topic. Nevertheless, the modules of the course are logically structured and are supported by practical examples, methodically guided exercises and valid research results.

I am creative and an unshakeable optimist. I love people and humour and go through life with a positive attitude and a grateful attitude. I don’t just build stars; I help people to reach for their stars.

I have been working in various roles for over 25 years. Originally, I was an architect, later a founder and managing director. For some years now, I have been using my many years of management experience to pass on my knowledge as a business and leadership coach. I founded Stern Agentur GmbH for this purpose. I support and advise managers and executive boards on strategic issues, leadership development, team development and sometimes also in crisis situations to ‘put out the fire’. Communication is often the key to success and essential for sustainable and strong leadership.

I enjoy working with people at different hierarchical levels, right up to senior management. My creative drive and my desire to make a difference always led me to exciting and innovative ideas, which I am passionate about introducing, representing and implementing.

Thanks to my experience, I know exactly how important good communication is and which key competences can create added value and increase business success in today’s complex business world.

My vocation is to accompany and empower people and companies on the path to a more human economy. This fulfils me greatly. I like to be inspired by people, companies and their stories and look forward with curiosity and joy to an exciting future in which what I have learnt is put into practice.
