Perceptual competence<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Perception is the subjective result of information acquisition and processing of stimuli from the environment and the body. It is an unconscious filtering and merging of information and are matched with stored ideas (constructs). The history and findings of perceptual psychology have given us good insights into the workings of our psyche, and to actually initiate change requires a transfer of unconscious patterns, imprints, and perceptions into consciousness. Reflections serve to make this transfer, empowering us to live self-determined lives and have an impact on our business world.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Answers to the ever-increasing complexity of the working world were sought in a wide variety of continuing education or health management programs, but today these can only cover the needs of an ambiguous digital society to a limited extent. More and more, successful companies are using the approaches of ethical and mindful leadership, which focuses on appreciative communication and reintegrates the individual into teams or the entire organization. The emergence of this value culture enables sustainable and meaningful corporate success.<\/p>\n

Understanding my drivers, unconscious biases, what makes me content, and how to incorporate the conscious use of perception into my leadership. Using awareness to increase resilience and well-being and aligning my inner attitude with my values.<\/p>\n
